By downloading or using the Toy cam Chamera application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
Toy cam Chamera is a photography application intended for personal, non-commercial use. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app.
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Kulinotech.
You retain all rights to the photos you capture using Toy cam Chamera. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you choose to share it.
Kulinotech will not be liable for any loss of data (including photos) resulting from app uninstallation, device failure, or software bugs. We provide the app "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
We may terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
